We are a small building company carrying out all types of building work from minor adjustments, attic conversions, renovations, extensions to new builds. We specialise in external rendering from lime based products through to thin coat silicone based. We are freindly, egaer and a driven company to produce building works you and we will be proud of.
We are predominantly a 2 man team, qualified in a number of trades that cover all aspects of building works including: Extensions - Renovations - Conversions - Kitchens - Bathrooms - Driveways - Landscaping and much more. Unique finish did an exceptional job for me. They completed four door handles adjustments, two door adjustments, that were causing a lot issues for me. Laszlo did a great job helping us renovate a three bedroom house to a standard spec. They arrived on time every day and went out of their way to help us. Stripped all existing wallpaper and did great prep and painting. We ended up using their services for other parts of the project. Highly recommended. Fair prices.

Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails. He and his son did an excellent job with new kitchen work tops and tiling the the kitchen .All on time very clean and neat and done with a smile we would recommend him and would use him again !

Very professional and friendly service , because of the standard of the work done we have used Chris & Will to paint throughout our house . We are due to have our hall, stairs and landing done next and looking forward to bringing that up to the standard of the other rooms done by them. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.
