James was fantastic from start to finish! Gave fantastic advice throughout Which saved us money. James went above and beyond to ensure we got a perfect bathroom. Martin did a superb job of skimming a bedroom ceiling covered with extremely unattractive artex. He was friendly and easy to deal with, arrived exactly when he said he would, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the room spotless. Highly recommended.

Chris arrived on time, and he did a good carpentry job renewing our broken cellar door. The area was left tidy and the old door taken away. A recommended tradesman I would use again.

Did not accept job as it did not fit. Offered me advice and said he would take the old wall down for me if I needed it done. Great as a single woman to not be offered bad advice. Thanks for your honesty Site would not let me leave blanks bit I can really only judge reliability

I am very pleased with the work undertaken. I employed G P General Building Works to replace the wood surround of my up & over garage door and rehang it. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard. The work was also completed quickly and there was no mess left behind. I would recommend and use them again.

Mike was very responsive, visting my rental property quickly to prepare a quote. He then talked through what was needed with me and we agreed and price.
