Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). Used JR Heating for full replumb and installation of new boiler and gas, on 5 bed house. Also installing new bathroom suite, and tiling. Joe was polite, helpful, flexible, and aproblem solver. Joe kept project on time and to budget (Eg sourcing the same parts for cheaper than I had found them, and finding a good plasterer for me when mine fell-through). I was happy for Joe to be in the house while I was out and he provided regular updates to me. Would strongly recommend for all plumbing/heating jobs.

I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!

Bogumil was very efficient, he responded quickly to my advert of laying laminate flooring. He undertook the work the next day and done a great job. Clean and tidy, and was happy to get on with the job, he didn't even stop for a cup of tea. I'll be sure to use his services again.
