Rowan, rang me on Sunday and I replied back and within few minutes he rang back to discuss the job. Took some details & in 1/2 hr qt was on watts up. I rang up and settled the price. I wanted the job done on Wed. After reshuffling his job Wed fixed. He came in time at 8.30 am and started straight away. He does not stop for breaks- on his own till 4.30 pm. The job was A1 and explained everything to me and my wife. Lots of good thigs about Rowan so I will give him 10* all round. Thanks Rowan.

However, it's been a few years that I've changed careers and am working in the trade. I am now a Gas Safe Registered engineer and actively undertake all plumbing and heating work.
