I hired Mark to replace a pump for my water cylinder specifically asking if he provides with a job report as I needed it to claim from my home insurance. He confirmed he will do.. Job was done, I paid same day but never got a report. I contacted him in total 8 (!!) times. Once he said he will do it by the end of the day, then tomorrow then he just ignored me. As a result my claim was denied because of absence of paperwork. This is disgraceful. Be aware.

He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. However, when it came to doing the actual job he didn't show up the first time around and didn't respond to any of my texts/calls.
