As well as rescheduling without fuss when the delivery of the dishwasher was delayed, he worked around unforeseen issues and stayed through a wash cycle to ensure everything was okay. Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!
