Joshua Richard is very friendly and polite person. He has real patience to understand the issues correctly and rectify it. He came to replace the old led water pipe to PVC pipe. It was a bit tricky job and he had to dig the ground to connect the pipe and secured the connection. Joshua is a professional and skilful person and I would highly recommend him for any sort of plumbing tasks. I would definitely hire him for any of my future plumbing and gas related issues. Good luck mate.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

I ha been having issues with my shower for MONTHS with it constantly flickering between hot and cold! I had already called BritishGas, Affinity Water and multiple other trades and I just needed someone to look and and fix my issue! Brendan turned up exactly on schedule, was courteous and even took his shoes off. He got straight to work and after fetching a part, had the shower fixed within a matter of hours! Absolute GODSEND! Highly recommend!
