Having used a LOT of tradesmen in the last year, i can say that Andy was a real find. (A non-grumpy plumber and a good one too!!) He begun the installation as agreed but the cubicle supplied wasn't suitable. Once the supplier sent another cubicle, he returned that night and finished the job. He even helped me out with a tap in my own house despite it being after 8pm. You won't find a better plumber or bathroom installer on this site. I will certainly be keeping hold of his number!

If I'll ever need a fridge engineer, Keith will definitely be my man again. I could not recommend him with more pleasure. And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. And, last but not least, all done with a smile! In a few words: A real professional!

After being let down I approached Andy and Ross: What a team I am absolutely delighted with my shower room, They paid attention to every detail nothing was a problem they are very professional and take pride in their work to achieve job satisfaction which I am very happy with good quality finishes and great value for money. Re boiler service. Gary kept in touch all the way through keeping me updated. He had a problem with a piece of equipment which unfortunately meant he couldn't do the job on the original day but arranged for the job to be done the very next day by a colleague. No complaints. Very polite and explained everything he was doing. Would definitely recommend and use again.
