Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

Ali only shows to deliver materials or check work. Quick to reply when wanting the job. Slow/no response once job starts thinking you wont cancel. Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Ion is very friendly and hard working. He does his job to the highest standard. He changed the little things I have asked, and the final touch was amazing!
