It is always very hard to find someone willing to go over other peoples work but this did not deter Dumitru and he came up with the goods where others had failed. These were expensive tiles with 1mm grout lines and he had no problem with this in any way. I have to give him 10 out of 10 for even taking this job on and another 10 out of 10 for completing it to a good standard. Dumitru will always be welcome to tender for any tiling work we have within our small portfolio of properties in London.

Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. Always make sure to place a rag on the floor to protect surface and its very important to clean up afterwards.
