Julian was super efficient in terms of quoting and helping me understand the re-wire process as well as answering questions, making very logical suggestions and clearly describing the works. I am a fully qualified electrician, including 18th edition and inspecting and testing with over 22 years of experience. I am fully up to date with all health and safety including asbestos awareness trained. I undertake all aspects of work no matter how big or small. I enjoy what i do as i face different challenges on a day to day basis. I'm very friendly and professional and very confident in what i do and have a very high standard of work with great pride as standard. I believe my quotes are very fair and also very competitive. The business i run is solely based on family and friends which i believe this helps deliver the consistent high standards of work and again very competitive prices. Since the start of my career of have taken on anything from small fixes and fault diagnosing,finding to full house rewires including inspecting and testing. I've also supervised sites and multiple teams of electricians. I've also worked on Landlord supplies and communal areas and even worked with mains incoming supply cables whether it be repair or renew. I'm currently working on behalf of councils carrying out upgrades, breakdown works and full rewires under the new 18th edition regulations.

EFS systems had no ratings, The polite chap explained that he just signed up to Rated people. I was in 2 minds if I should give them the work, but am so glad I gave the work to him. He was very helpful, Reasonable price, quick , Cleaned up after him self. Also sorted out a few other issues I had for free. Would recommend to anyone. Will not be disappointed.

Proact Property replaced my boiler and retiled my bathroom. The service was excellent and very professional. Everything was explained in detail and put onto a job sheet before I agreed to the work. Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

This electrician is excellent at what he does. He is so good and pricing very reasonable. He explains to you stage by stage. There is no headen costs. For me he was God send having had problems with the previous electrician who was bogus. Patrick is a real gentleman and very trustworthy.
