Greg is a pleasant and well mannered electrician. He completed a rewire of our house to bring it up to standard. We paid in full, on basis that he would return to complete work and rectify faults. Left several messages and gave several months (almost a year) to respond by phone or email. No response so we got a reputable electrician to inspect, and he found several faults with work which is still not finished. Considerable extra cost now to correct. Happy to provide evidence to support this review.

They said they had to inspect my property first! They unscrewed Electrical Sockets, and did not replace the screws. No work was done to my property. They did not come back, to complete any work. They took £180 of me for what? I have never used Rated People after that.

grossly disappointed. having taken a days holiday in order to be in for the work to be completed, to be asked to provide a ladder! only for electrician then NOT to arrive is frustrating. 90mins of chasing him to finally be told, I got sent on another job is the height of unprofessionalism and completely unacceptable.
