Excellent work carried out by Luke. Highly recommend this tradesman who introduced himself by calling first and arrived as arranged. Very happy with the work carried out and a full explanation of what was required was given. Very pleased with the total cost of the work which was as agreed prior to the job being commenced. First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

Ray is a really thorough tradesman. He explained everything clearly when he came to assess the work that needed doing and answered my many questions in detail and nothing was too much bother for him to go through. He also looked at everything in properly which I liked and I gave him the job. My instincts were great and he has communicated with me really well throughout the process and his paper work was great. His workmanship is excellent and he tidies up everything and left everything clean and tidy.

Very professional and customer focused. Very polite, informative and knowledgeable. Took shoes off when in our house. Did a fabulous job on the consumer unit considering the mess they had to start with. Very good price also; would use them again if I needed similar work.

We were really happy with the work Shane carried out for us. He stuck to the quote and time the work would cost and take. He arrived on time (even earlier than the time he said he would be with us which was a bonus)!
