Quite simply the best! Stan's work is top quality. He completed my flooring (tiling and wooden floor sanding) to an exceptionally high standard. His work was so good, I asked him to stay longer and also complete my downstairs bathroom, kitchen and also a number of other decorating jobs in the house. I trusted him so much, I left him my keys, went on holiday and came back to a beautiful home. He knows a great deal, takes huge pride in his work. I would recommend Stan to everyone I know!

Keith and team did an excellent job replacing a rotten window sill and repairing some rot in the window frame. From minute one Keith had a “Can-do” attitude and was confident a high quality repair would be possible when many others before immediately said the entire window needed replaced. Tony and his friend Mario completed the bathroom full refurbishment on time. Work quality was very good at every level : starting from plumbing, tiling and final finishing. James will be my first point of contact for all building and plumbing related works until he retire. After having multiple quotations, we decided to give this job (complete bathroom refurbishment & kitchen tiling). His quotation was reasonable, and after seeing the outcome - we feel every penny is worth. We have got a quote without having enough knowledge, and proper design. But James took care of everything, he did research, he came up with design & plan - finally it's looking far better than we thought.

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
