very reliable, quick to start and completed a very good job. He came to view the garden and started the next night. Took him under an hour and finished leaving a tidy garden. Very pleased with the price as well, cheaper than what I was expecting.

I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.
