Simon and Lewis were excellent to work with - positive demeanors, friendly and very tidy. They resolved a few unexpected issues with the re-wire without complaint and without quoting for the additional work. They were also quicker than expected. A very good company and one I'd hire again in future!

Anthony (electrician) is a very professional gentleman who not only provided me with a very competitive quote but also an equally great service. The job itself was carefully handled and he came back to complete the job to suit my schedule (change of ceiling lights and dimmer switches). NB MY RATING IS PURELY BASED ON THE EXCELLENT PROVISION OF A QUOTE - JULIAN GOT TO ME QUICKLY AS ARRANGED, IN SPITE OF THE MAIN ROAD BEING CLOSED AT THE TIME, UNDERTOOK A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF MY PROPERTY AND PROVIDED ME WITH A DETAILED QUOTE WITHIN 48 HOURS. (for various reasons I am currently still running the old boiler and not switching just yet, so no work has been undertaken at this stage).

John turned up promptly, took time and equipment to inspect indoors how damp was getting in from roof and explain possible causes, then quick to get ladder to the roof to investigate further. He explained everything, took photos up on the roof with his phone, and his advice and quote seemed reasonable and not pushy. Came back in a day, did all the work up on the roof which turned out to be a lot more than he thought (reconcrete parapet wall) but honoured price, came back again to replace tiles too. Top man.

Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.

John responded immediately! Full of advice! Went out of his way to not only provide options to internal bathroom problem. but also extremely helpful with spotlight difficulties! Nothing was too much trouble. Helpful in every respect! Very punctual and very eager to complete job at customer's needs. Shawn arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently. We encountered an issue and he worked systematically to ensure the whole property's wiring was safe and as expected. Very reassuring to find a trustworthy tradesman. Would use again.

Definitely 5 star service, Prompt, efficient and very good pricewise. Original requirement was for internal lighting. Have since used again for exterior lighting. Will be first port of call for any future electrical work and would definitely recommend to others.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
