I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

Really please with Ian and his team. The garden looks great. The job was done to a high quality and they left the garden spotless. The price was very fair for the work they did. Ian helped recommend the fake grass and helped keep the price down. Looking forward to a long summer spent in the garden.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. I was very impressed how quickly my enquiry was responded to and will definitely recommend and use Rated People again. John was very pleasant and easy to deal with and the job was carried out to a good standard and to my satisfaction. There was no active leak found but the relevant pipework was sealed and the ceiling repaired too, so a great service!
