Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian

We also do all general handyman work, from hanging doors, replacing taps, building flat pack furniture, hanging shelves, security lights, and TV's, and even changing your toilet! Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.
