Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.

Cristina submitted a professional, detailed quote and proceeded to carry out and complete everything on that quote and more. I was out of the country at the time and was happy to rely on her completely. She went out of her way to search out excellent goods of good quality at reasonable prices, presenting me with photo's by e-mail for me to choose. It is most unusual to find a builder that presents work of this quality on a renovation. She is also a very pleasant young lady to work with. I will certainly be using her again.
