Samuel was able to fix the gutter and secure it. I hope that has sorted it out for a long time but he didnt give me a guarantee! I should have asked for one. But he did assure me to call him if any problem arises. He knows what hes doing. He appears very professional and knowledgeable of his job. (His name is Samuel, not Barry, however. Maybe thats his partner! I will recommend him.

Highly recommended. Paul will be our first port of call for any future electrical work required. Waite Electrical Services performed an inspection and subsequent re-wire of our house professionally and to a very high standard. They provided a fixed price quote that was very competitive. Whilst doing the work they were very flexible and considerate, and went to great lengths to minimise any damage to our newly restored floors. It’s clear that Paul and team take great pride in their work.

Cannot find any fault with these guys. Keen pricing, hard workers, clean. Great at explaining the technical aspects of the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone, particularly those who are not technically savvey.

Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian

We hire Lee for three separate jobs based on his excellent feedback. He is initially very responsive and competitive. However all jobs have had to be reworked. One of those jobs resulted in a fire. Lee requested my bank details to repay me for fixing the work. I am still waiting 4 months later. AVOID

A few weeks after the repair the first problem occurred, I called them but they wanted to charge me a call out fee of £49.00 to have a look at it after I paid £150.00 to have it repaired. I refused thus called a different locksmith who noted that the cylinder was too short for the new lock and page security should have known this and changed it while fitting the new lock. Now I have a temperamental lock that works 1/20 called them again and was told I have to pay £49.00 to have someone look at it.

Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!

This company is Totally a waste of time I spoke with a Mr Shane, we booked an appointment for Thursday for him to come and start the job. I took the day off from work and had to arrange for childcare for my 7 month y/o so I could be free tried calling numerous times, days leading up to the appointment no answer left voicemails no response ended up not showing and I have now got to look for an alternative last min have lost money as I cant work and have had to pay for childcare. *Avoid* this tradesman.
