At no time were you told not to tile that area, that is absurd, why would we want an area not tiled. On the quote it was stated that you would remove old tiles and make good walls, having spoken to 4 companies since they all stated the same, this would mean plastering the same, we paid extra for this. Something to be considered when writing your quotes. The receipts for materials, second amount, never materialised. You were paid in full regardless.
Alton Services built a 2-storey extension for us and we were so delighted with their work they went on to refurbish our bathroom, completely refurbish my mother's new home and build a conservatory.
