I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
From start to finish Wayne produced 4 outstanding pieces of oak furniture for me, i couldn't be happier with the quality, advice, drawings in less than 7 days, Wayne was a pleasure to work with and his furniture will give me and future generations extraordinary pleasure. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.
What can i say , John is a credit to those tradesmen who offer the customer an excellent service.not only was the job done to a very high standard but when I had a problem on Sunday morning with a piece of work that was not completed by John he promptly arrived on site and sorted the problem.I would highly recommend John for any work, he has high standards of workmanship, is friendly , efficient and really provided me with an excellent service beyond my expectations.Greg
