I would like to re-review as there seemed to be a few misunderstandings on both sides; however Micheal was very professional and following discussions managed to correct the situation, so my original review still applies. I would recommend future dealings with Michael and his workmanship is top standard. There was a problem with getting an even colour on the refinished floor. Apparently two types of sanders are needed for the perimeter of the room and the middle. The perimeter took the stain more and this wasn't taken into account so the floor had to be re-stained darker to make the colour difference less noticeable. Also, the final finish scratches easily.

Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR
