He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. We are very happy with polelectric we had our bungalow re-wired by mirek and his team, the price was quoted and it was the price I paid, the work was completed to a good standard, the workers were on time and turned up every day for 5 days, they were all polite and professional. This tradesman sent me a very rude message. I would not give him work after such a response.
We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

Andrew fitted new laminate flooring and new skirting boards in my living room. He arrived half an hour early, after checking with me that it was ok to do so, which was great. Very polite and professional, he did a fantastic job. I would have absolutely no qualms about calling Andrew again for any future work… I highly recommend him.
