It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. After I booked I went out to buy the door when he came to fit the door we found out I brought the wrong size door so with out any charge we rebooked a fitting when he came back we had the wrong locks he waited for my wife to get the right one 3hours later the door was fitted with no extra charge for the door fitting thank you a great job and a great price will use again

He let us know if any issues or problems came up and was able to deal with them quickly. Scott turned up on time every day, finished the job to a very high standard, on schedule and even cleaned up after himself! We can't praise his work enough - we are very happy with our new bathroom!
