From the first telephone call to visiting and quoting through to job completion Joe was very polite and professional. Everything was clearly explained from start to finish. Les came in and gave a great quote, was helpful and transparent from the start and did an excellent quality job whilst being very respectful of our living space. Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.

Charged me exactly what he quoted, turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed my leaking pipe, repaired the damage to the ceiling caused by the leak, made good the tiling which needed removing to do the work and everywhere was left clean and tidy - what more could you ask for?!!
