Malcolm has come along at just the right time. Due to illness within the family we have been unable to tend to the garden like we used to. Starting with cutting the grass Malcolm is now covering all those jobs that need to be done to keep a large front and back garden under control. Would not hesitate to recomend him to anyone.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Euan replaced my cat flap and front gate\fence in East Kilbride. He was reliable, punctual and did a fabulous job with no mess. I would definitely hire him again for future joinery work.

So so pleased with how Gordon & James completed the task of power washing driveway & back patio, weeded all flower beds, cut & scarified lawn, laid new seed etc. Can confidently recommend them.

Very pleased with all the work (internal painting) carried out by Thomas. He was always punctual and was a clean and tidy worker - all work carried out to high standard. He took very good care of all floors and furnishings. I will use his services again and thoroughly recommend him.

Paul did a great job cutting a very large Leyland hedge as well as other trees. He removed all cuttings and left the garden tidy. Would highly recommend for any gardening work.

Simon fitted curtain poles (including a bay curtain pole) and hung curtains for is. He turned up on time, was very professional and efficient and completed the work to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend him and intend to use him again for other work around our flat.
