Hugo answered the request very quickly, priced the job and turned up exactly when he said he would to do it! I am thrilled with the finished article! It is just what I wanted and all mess was cleared up afterwards. He also gave me the opportunity to change my mind about the design, which is just as well, because I did! Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
