Dom from Pure Boilers responded promptly to my enquiry about a leak on my boiler even though it was Sunday and Ny Eve. Despite it not being an emergency, he came out the next working day. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Dom is very professional, and kept me informed of the costs before carrying out the work. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Les arrived within 20 minutes of posting the job. He managed to resolve the issue with my blocked sink quickly but discovered a leak so had to replace a part which he had to go out and get so job took a bit longer than initially anticipated . All now resolved
