We have really appreciated the efficient and professional work from Tom. He delivered a very competative quote in a good timely manner, when we agreed on the contract he arrived on time, and his work was good and accurate. Tony is a very experienced and knowledgeable heating engineer and was able to identify the problem with our combi boiler quickly and correctly. Tony is very personable and explained the fault to me in layman’s terms. Tony’s rates are very reasonable and the job was completed proficiently with no mess and no fuss. I would highly recommended Tony and Abbins Maintenance Ltd to anyone looking for a plumber.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Richard & his colleague (SW Energy & Heating) installed a new Vaillant Ecotec Plus 824 Boiler in my flat in SW17. Richard was very helpful & informative from the first conversation I had with him. I'm very happy with the work he completed. It was completed to a high standard at a very good price and at a time that was convenient for me. Ian provided a prompt quote and completed the work required to a high standard, including dealing with the inevitable hiccups without a problem. It's lovely to have non leaking toilets! He was punctual, courteous and cleared up after himself. Would recommend him.
