Job completed October but by November asked for them to comeback as new sink put in was leaking badly and blocked - not flowing out but doing well coming up from the washing machine…all connected. Said would be back, didn’t. Rang from my night shift no answer even though he was using What’s app…now paying again for what they didn’t come back and sort out. Also, 2 cupboard doors came off their hinges, new tap had to be tightened, was v lose… and yes, I could easily have had my Belfast sink put in too Hoti.

Chris and his team gave our entire en - suite a new look. Excellent job. The shower had a step to get in. They managed to get the tray on the floor level and the whole area was retiled. A new boxed in toilet and vanity unit completed the look. Chris told us exactly what was going to happen each day and every night told us what time the tradesmen would arrive. Everyone was prompt professional and pleasant. Great job. We have asked him to quote for a full bathroom renovation. Highly recommended by us.

He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward.
