Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!

He always turned up when he said he would, worked hard for all the time he was at my house and was thoroughly professional. Though this wasn't a particularly tricky job Dale was beset by a multitude of issues ranging from multiple failed deliveries to unexpected road closures so it ran over massively. None of it his fault and he kept his cool in frustrating circumstances and still did a fantastic job. Absolutely recommend Dale 100%. So pleased with the end result.

Pleasant older chap, easy to talk to. I needed someone urgently to install an outside toilet and Robert was available within a few days. Toilet took longer than anticipated to fit as fittings were hard for him to get hold of, but now fitted nice and secure and plumbing work all OK in copper as agreed. Gave a competitive fixed price for the job so even though he took his time I was happy. The toilet seat was initially loose which he later tightened for me.
