James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

Shocking work. Was quoted £1000 for the job of shower fit, tiling, moving a few pipes under the floor and sink and toilet. Colin FORGET to put the centre connecting chrome part on the shower panels...he cut the expensive panels short.....the tiling was shocking and so was the grouting.....he came with an apprentice whom had only been learning plumbing for a year and I suspect he may of done the work. We have paid him £500....but we have had to get a new tradesman in to redo the work. Have pics to prove!!

I’ve worked in the construction industry since I was 16. Doing complete property refurbs right back to the bare shell to complete the project. Went to college when I was 27 and served my time with Rothwells plumbing services where I learned all aspects of plumbing and heating installations. I’ve worked for various social housing providers installing wet rooms bathrooms, heating systems kitchen tiling, and many other tasks. More recently I've been providing maintenance services to landlords and schools .
Anthony was very organised from the beginning. His Quotation was well informed about the scope of work to be covered withina cost. He was reasonably priced and worked within my budget. Although the timescale for delivery overran, the quality of work made up for time lost. I will recommend him any day.
