Steve gave us a price and did the work well and quickly despite the poor weather.Our roof is water tight ! He also said if there were any further leaks he would return and resolve them. He also did further work which was of excellent quality and reasonably priced. He was most helpful in his advice on all aspects of roof maintenance and other issues we had in our home. I would highly recommend Ace Roofing. My job turned out to be more complicated than first thought but they were supportive throughout, found the best deal for me with scaffolding. They have done a really good job, left it all cleaned up and tidy too.

Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.

Bryn is a great bloke, contacted me within 10minutes of posting the job and arranged to come and give a quote on Monday (posted job Saturday). Before he arrived he gave a call to say he was on his way which was great and gave me time to get back. Took a look at the job and was able to tell me exactly what was needed and what wasn't. Gave a quote on the spot and was even able to do the job the same day. Bryn juggled another job because of the urgency but didn't penalise us for it. He had all the equipment and tools needed with him and planed what needed to be done on the spot. Overall he was a pleasant and professional bloke who knew what he was doing and was good at it too. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
