If I could give no stars I would. At first we thought the issue was fixed and we were happy with the work. A few weeks later when the issue started again I tried to contact them email/text/ call and had no reply to any of them. They told me their work was guaranteed which was obviously a lie. Since this I have had to contact citizens advice and trading standards and I'm still waiting for my refund.
