George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Ivan did a good job. He completed the work in a day and a half as promised , at a reasonable cost. Good comms, he explained the scope of the project. Heavy work, including removal of old wood chip paper which had been up on the ceiling for years. Then relining with paper, filling, applying 2 coats of emulsion. I now have a smooth ceiling and the room is now in a fit state for me to redecorate as I wish.

Great work replacing the decking & treatment applied. Only negative to be cautious is that Dave Quoted a price to replace the entire decking & we agreed to proceed. Dave ripped off all the rotten wood as prep. Next day he comes back bumping up the price few hundreds saying prices of wood increased. I might have felt threatened at some point that he’d stop the work if I didn’t agree. Was forced to agree on the new price to get the already ripped off decking work completed.
