I would give ten stars if I could ,this young man has made an old lady happy,as simple as the job may have been it has made me feel better for having the light fittings changed which I've been looking at for one year now and it's wonderful to have proper light ...lol ...I will be having more work done by this lovely young man and Thankyou Mike God bless you and see you soon . David was an honest and thorough Electrician who quoted for the work required and also advised on alternative options. The work was done in an agreed timescale and within budget. I would definitely recommend David.

Paul arrived at the time he said. He worked all day without a break and stayed until he finished the job. He is hardworking and did a great job laying laminate flooring in a large room. Hope he will come back to do two more rooms.

Dan was really professional and we are very pleased with the service provided and the finished job. Worked extremely hard during the hottest days of the year in a very small bathroom! Would definitely recommend him to others and will be using him again for future projects.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

the damaged ceiling on the landing was taken down and re-plastered. All the rubbish was removed and the area cleaned. I will be using them again in the future.

We had our flat roof replaced with Firestone rubber. A very professional and thorough job was carried out. The price quoted was also far less than other quotes received. I would recommend this company.
