Absolute con!! Already had a quote before The Local Plumber called. Told me it was £82.50 + VAT an hour as an emergency call out. I said it was not an emergency call out and that the job could wait so asked for that price bracket. Told me that would be £62.50+VAT an hour. This was cheaper than the previous quote. He told me that they had a plumber in the area today so could do it at that rate today anyway. I agreed to this. Plumber arrived - completed job in 21 minutes. Charged £150. UNTRUSTWORTHY!
