I am very pleased with the work done by JMR. The tradesmen were pleasant and happy to make any changes or additions to the original plans, with the approval of James (the boss). Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

We tile as it is part of the bathroom and kitchen work. We can fit all underfloor heating systems. We can do all aspects of carpentry from floors to roofs. We fit kitchens from simple to bespoke. After hiring this company I had a drain repair done with the same people but trading under the name Miconn. A man came with his young daughter to do the repair on my drain which was left in a mess with concrete down my drive. A year later, after heavy rain, the repair has failed and water poured into my cellar. I contacted Michael who said he would investigate and have a look. Then no reply,no contact, no show. I do not recommend this company. My cellar is ruined.
