Luke communicated efficiently at every stage in our effort to bring our communal hall up to present fire regulations. His working knowledge of what would be required was invaluable. The quotation was comprehensive and a fair price. The work which was carried out over several days was excellent & carried out in a professional manner. Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.
They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.
We are a home improvements company, we supply and fit aluminium and pvc windows and doors along with conservatory roof replacements we are platinum installers of the Leka system and also preferred installers of endurance doors.
From start to finish I cannot fault this Company in any way. There was no 'hard sell'. Johnathan priced the job and left us to make up our minds. The product fitted was excellent and the fitting team even better. Definately exceeded my ecpectations. Thank you. I would reccomend Rhino to everybody.
