Asked for the following jobs to be done: Worktops fitted New sink put in Light sockets changed Skirting board changed in downstairs toilet Worktop is scratched Light socket doesn’t switch the light on Massive hole left in wall. Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

We specialise in raking out existing mortar jet washing the walls and surrounding areas clean and then repointing with necessary mortar that the brick work requires. We also specialise in repointing chimneys and chemical cleaning of any kind.
