Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
