I hired Duncan from First Choice Decor to decorate my hall, stairs and landings. His preparation was meticulous and he gave helpful suggestions to achieve the desired result. He is a perfectionist and his attention to detail produced an excellent finish. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to do my kitchen/diner as well. Would highly recommend him.

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

During the Covid pandemic, I became ill and was unable to work for the best part of two years, which led to the closure of my previous business and Rated People account, hence the gap in my ratings.
