The job ended up being slightly bigger than advertised as there were one of two changes to the brief. Ended up taking some off the top and building up pillars before rendering took place. Gareth communicated well with us and did a very nice job of it and also a small amount of repointing elsewhere to, all within our budget.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !
