We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Both Matt and Mark were polite, personable, hard working, highly proficient and prepared to go that extra mile to guarantee a 'perfect' job. Very satisfactory job accomplished within the estimated timeframe in what were, at times, challenging weather conditions. Would definitely look to the use their services in any other decorating work I might need.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.

I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider. I cannot rate Roy highly enough, he came and quoted on a Saturday for a start as we were under pressure to get the plastering portion of our project done. Having been let down by another company, he saved the day, not only was his price more competitive, he couldn’t do enough for us! He was able to slot his team in around us and our project. They came, were on time and tidy, knew what they were doing, efficient and professional. We’re super pleased with the look. Highly recommend to anyone else.

Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. All the work was done in a very exceptable timescale and for a very reasonable price, I will be inviting him back in the future for more work, thank you so much Alex, Great job
