Unique finish did an exceptional job for me. They completed four door handles adjustments, two door adjustments, that were causing a lot issues for me. Outstanding workmanship, very professional, friendly and advised me of the cause of the problem and possible solutions. Cleaned up after themselves and was always approachable. I can't recommend Istvan and his team enough. They have recently decorated our lounge and done an excellent job with a high quality finish. Their communication was excellent from the outset and they were reliable, always doing what they said they would do. This was my first job through Rated People and the experiance was smoth and hassel free. As indicated by the posted rating every thing carried out smoothly and efficiently. There was another small job which I was going to post seperatly which I showed to Chris which he accepted and was completed in exactly the same efficient maner.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
