Vitaliy & his team are excellent. They were very punctual starting at 7.45 every day & working full solid days, even at weekends. They never missed a day. Vitaliy kept me daily updated regarding the process & was present on the job each day. The quote was detailed & competitive & final cost close to the original. AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

GLS review From the initial enquiry for works , the response from GLS was quick promptly followed by a site visit to assess the work. The scope of work was broken down clearly against the costs and this was detailed. We had a kitchen fitted from flat pack including work tops and a lot of electric appliances and gas hob. And, a downstairs shower room which has been partially started – sink , shower and toilet installed plus finishings. The work carried out was of a good standard , the fitter arrived on time

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!
