We used P&A to replace some floorboards in my utility room, this was an urgent ask as I live in a first floor flat and my washing machine had leaked into the downstairs flat. P&A offered excellent and efficient service. They quickly answered all questions, very good communication before the work was carried out. Multiple delays in finding time to visit. Eventual visit resulted in a quote that felt like he didn’t want the job, suggesting the chair should be replaced. Given it cost £800, not the best outcome

Shortly after finishing our renovation the floor began to lift, after a 2-year battle and almost court they admitted it was a fitting fault. Not ideal for a 12k job. Now our sink has fallen in, turns out he has used the world's smallest bit of wood and some sealant to fix it to the underside of our granite worktops rather than correctly fitting it using the fixings on the actual sink. Add to this, gaps between drawers and misaligned cupboards and you get the idea.
As a small company I work with two man’s who do all the painting and decorating job for me . I do professional cleaning jobs. We all have been dealing with this bisness since last 5 years. We are reliable and hard working people.
The job was completed quickly, they cleaned the whole flat over the course of just the morning and successfully removed the stains from the carpets. The price was reasonable for the work and all the work was done to a high standard. I would recommend their services and potentially contract them again in future.
Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.
Due to the weather we are still waiting to use Vision but so far Matthew has been more than helpful. Looking forward to using his services in the very near future. Thank you Ian Will rate at a later date
