Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

We recently had our subfloor replaced and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The carpenter was friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure the work was carried out to a high standard. The new subfloor is solid, level, and has made a huge difference to the room. It's great to find a tradesperson who is reliable, turns up when they say they will, and takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend him!!
