James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. We have already identified further jobs that we wish James to undertake - and would not hesitate in recommending him.

Steve is a first class tradesman, knowledge, skill, and ability is excellent, he did a loft conversion, installed steel beams, all timbers and decking for new 130sqm flat roof, studwork, installed staircase, Blockwork on extension, cement fibre cladding, will with out doubt use again and cant recommend or praise him enough, he came with a impressive portfolio of previous work, he can totally be relied upon and one of the rare tradesman where i don't have to worry about his workmanship,

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

The job ended up being far more complicated than expect! Matt made some repeat visits in order to fully sort! He was friendly and professional! Would recommend him for any plumbing job!

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. Tommy fitted a new replacement kitchen sink for me into my existing kitchen worktop, including all the cutting, fitting and plumbing involved. He did an excellent job in all respects. I would thoroughly recommend him. Not cheap, but well worth it.

We wanted a bespoke solution for a cupboard in our bathroom, which required taking in consideration a very unusually shaped space, and at the same time maximise the storage capabilities.
